How did we know what needs to be improved?


We have built conversion funnels, to find how many users are completing each step. After that, we have focused on the steps with the largest drops, and tried to find the weak spots and ways to improve them.

In addition to that, we did a bug-bash with people from different teams at Yotpo like PM, R&D, and Design. In that session, we found bugs, UI/UX issues, and other things that could have been done better.
