Yotpo’s Design System is more than a toolkit for designers. It is a comprehensive solution that includes styles, components, UX patterns, accessibility Released as Figma for designers, Angular & React for developers. Documented as a storybook library.
It was made by a dedicated team of 2 designers, 5 developers, 1 product manager, and 1 UX writer, and serves 14 designers and 224 developers across Yotpo’s product ecosystem.
How Do We Communicate all this?
To keep everyone aligned and informed, we rely on structured communication channels:
Weekly Meetings for Designers: A dedicated space to discuss updates, challenges, and feedback.
Bi-weekly demo meetings for developers: Showcasing new components and functionalities to ensure smooth adoption.
Jira Kanban Board: A shared tool for developers and designers to track progress, report issues, and prioritize tasks.
