To get a keen knowledge of this domain, I started my research with a competitive research method. It allowed me to find out if there are any gaps in the market and to find out what client competitors are doing. I started to look at a few competitors or similar platforms, to analyze UI, UX, User flow, and key features. I considered Onfleet, Routific, and OptimoRoute to start my research.
