Matching mentor to mentee
The mentor and the mentee go through the same onboarding process, that way the system can make the perfect match between them. The mentee can choose from 3 potential mentors while the mentor has no choice at all, he can only accept or dismiss the match. This gives mentees a sense that they are choosing, and the mentors get the sense that they have been chosen, as well as an expectation of what's about to come.
