The previous onboarding flow did not allow users to move forward without connecting their social media accounts. We understood that some users are just checking the product, so we made this step optional, it's not mandatory anymore. Now users can skip this step while still being able to complete the onboarding.
We allowed users to upload their media galley (images and videos) from their local folder so they can get an idea of how everything works and feels before they sign up and give access to connect their social media accounts to our platform. On top of that, we found an opportunity here. We have created a connection to our Reviews product, which also promotes it by allowing users to select media from there.
