Main problems with the mobility demand products
Multiple products, the same functionality
Motivated by the will of creating focused products, there were 3 different products across several platforms that do the same things and have the same functionality.
1. Landing page - a stand-alone website allows users to search for transportation and book a ride.
2. Web widget - embedded in business web sites (hotels, restaurants, airlines, etc) allows their clients to search for directions or book a taxi to the business address.
3. Kiosk - A physical product (usually a tablet) standing in places like malls or airports etc allows clients to book a ride.
