Overview

The 'Here mobility member club' is a customer loyalty program, a rewards program offered by the company to customers who frequently book rides.

What I was trying to achieve was more engagement with the users during and after the ride, and turn them from a one-time customer into a loyal customer.


Objective

Raising the potential numbers of riders to Here mobility marketplac


How does it work?

Every customer that booked a ride with one of Here Mobility products (WW, kiosk, concierge, SoMo...) automatically receives Here Mobility membership account. This is expressed in two ways:

- First, money +  discount - the user can add balance, get a bonus and use this balance for future rides.
- Second, game points - by playing a trivia game (like cash cab) during the ride, the user earns coins, which he can use to book free future rides in the marketplace.

All the money earned is collected into a digital wallet through which the user can book rides
